Afghanistan's relations with Iran have fluctuated over the years. Over the centuries, relations between Iran and the areas now called Afghanistan have become deeply rooted in the shared moral values and common ideals of Islam, which provides a foundation for continued beneficial co-operation between the two countries. Cultural, tribal, traditional and religious bonds bound the people of these areas. The purpose of this article is to review current events, discussions and issues related to Afghanistan-Iran relations, update rulers on this topic, and to provide experts with recent data on Afghanistan reconstruction and development program as well as information about the Iran's roles and goals in our community rebuilding and reconstruction.
